OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with BCA Workhead ME15 (Integrated Building Services) and Financial Grade L6.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 1, 4 & 6 of the ITT for the details.

EVALUATION:
Quantitative Method will be used for evaluation of this Tender. Please refer to Clause 7 of the ITT for the details.
