5. CPG Consultants Pte Ltd.

Shortlisted tenderers will be provided with password (via email) to access tender documents only upon their submission of signed Non-Disclosure Agreement form. Late submission of duly signed forms would not be valid grounds for extension of tender closing date.

The Tender Offer must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers in the ITT document, based on two-envelope system electronically via GeBIZ by the Tender Closing Date and Time.
