RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the BCA with the designated registration head & grade as specified in Clause 1.3 are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this Tender.
Please refer to Clause 1.2 of the ITT for the details.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead with Financial Grade of L6:
- ME05 - Electrical Engineering; or
- ME15 - Integrated Building Services.

SUBMISSIONS:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.
Please refer to Clause 1, 4, 6 of the Instructions to Tender (ITT) for the details.

EVALUATION:
The quantitative method as stipulated in Clause 7 of the ITT will be used for evaluation of this tender.
