Contract Title: Procurement of computer equipment, scanners and accessories for public relations department.

The Government of Grenada has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of computer equipment, scanners and accessories for public relations department.

The Ministry of Finance acting on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Development, Planning, Agriculture and Lands, Forestry, Marine Resources and Cooperatives now invites quotations from eligible Bidders for Procurement of computer equipment, scanners and accessories for public relations department as per the specification and quantities outlines in the Bidding Document  

Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Submission of Quotations

The deadline for bid submission is October 24th, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. 

All bids should be submitted as follows:

Electronic Submission: Bids may also be submitted electronically through the procurement system at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/GND/aspx/Home. Bidders wishing to submit electronically should register on this portal and submit all bids and queries through this medium.

Upon receipt of the documents, a confirmation email acknowledging the names of the files received will be sent.

Late bids will be rejected.
