RemarksTERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA) AND CLEARANCE FORM:
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA:
(1) Term NDA for access to the Tender Documents, Authority Drawings and Viewing Documents/Drawings. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission;

(2) Tender Documents and Drawings Clearance Form for access to the Tender Documents, Authority Drawings and Viewing Documents/Drawings. Password will only be provided to the key Personnel/Authorised Signatory (1 personnel only) of your firm AFTER the necessary clearance has been obtained; and

(3) Site Showround Clearance form for access to Site Showround to submit by 11 September 24, only those reps who has obtained clearance will be allowed to attend.

Tenderers shall include particulars of Term NDA signatory & KEY personnel who are involved in this Tender in the form. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA or clearance form, if it is found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers for details.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 7 of the Instructions to Tenderers will be used for evaluation of this Tender.
