Tajikistan Resilient Landscape Restoration Project

Procurement of various agricultural goods and equipment for the pasture users groups and SPNA of Shakhritus and Dusti districts of Khatlon region, Penjikent city, Kuhistoni Mastchoh district of Sughd region and Vanj, Rushon, Shugnan and Murghab districts of GBAO.

• The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tajikistan Resilient Landscape Restoration Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract TRLRP-G-PUU-SPNA-II-07-24 – Procurement of various agricultural goods and equipment for the pasture users groups and SPNA of Shakhritus and Dusti districts of Khatlon region, Penjikent city, Kuhistoni Mastchoh district of Sughd region and Vanj, Rushon, Shugnan and Murghab districts of GBAO.
• Center for Implementation of Investment Projects of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan under the Tajikistan Resilient Landscape Restoration Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of various agricultural goods and equipment for the pasture users groups and SPNA of Shakhritus and Dusti districts of Khatlon region, Penjikent city, Kuhistoni Mastchoh district of Sughd region and Vanj, Rushon, Shugnan and Murghab districts of GBAO.
• Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Please refer to paragraphs 3.14, 3.15 of the Guidelines for the World Bank"s conflict of interest policy.
• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Center for implementation of investment Projects under the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, E-mail: cepciptj@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08:00-17:00 at the address 5/1 Shamsi str., Dushanbe, Tajikistan, office room #13.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below:

State Committee for Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan 27 Shotemur street, Dushanbe Republic of Tajikistan, on or before 14:30 Tajikistan time, 20.09.2024.

Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below: State Committee for Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan 27 Shotemur street, Dushanbe Republic of Tajikistan, on before 14:30 Tajikistan time, 20.09.2024.

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as indicated in the Bidding Documents:

Lot 2: Forage harvesting and threshing equipment – 16 226,00 somoni;

Lot 3: Fertilizer equipment – 62 683,00 somoni;

Lot 4: Excavators and loaders – 236 397,00 somoni.
