Remarks(a) Attendance of site showround/briefing is COMPULSORY as it is one of the Critical Tender Evaluation Criteria and failure by the Tenderers to attend will render their tender invalid.

(b) This tender requires electronic response via GeBIZ and ONLY prices that are submitted electronically will be accepted by the Corporation.

(c) Tenderers must duly complete and sign an Undertaking of Confidentiality (NDA), to be downloaded from GeBIZ, which must be submitted to JTC in exchange for drawings, fit out guides and PFI reports set out in Schedule I. Files are stored in DVDs.

(d) Please bring along a photo ID and/or your name card for identification purposes. Collection of DVDs during Tender Briefing or walk-in details are as follows:
