RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the BCA with the designated registration head & grade as specified in Clause 1.3 are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

Tenderer which has been found to meet any of the following disqualifying criteria under the MOM"s Safety Disqualification Framework will be disqualified from the tender.
a) Entry into MOM"s Business Under Surveillance programme (BUS)

i. Has entered BUS within the 3 months prior to the Tender Closing Date; or
ii. Has entered BUS after the Tender Closing Date, but before the Tender Award Date (both dates inclusive);

b) Debarred by MOM from employing foreign employees due to the accumulation of 25 or more Demerit Points under MOM"s Demerit Point System

i. Debarred under MOM"s Demerit Point System at the Tender Closing Date; or
ii. Debarred under MOM"s Demerit Point System between the Tender Closing Date and Tender Award Date (both dates inclusive).

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead:
Building and Construction Authority Workhead under CW02 "Civil Engineering" with Financial Category C1 and above

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in GeBIZ is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price; (b) Price Documents and (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 1, 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
