The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) seeks bids from qualified and interested Bidders for “Multi-factor Authentication Services” and Related Services for the OSCE, in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated herein.

The OSCE intends to establish a Corporate Window Contract for an aggregate duration of five (5) years subject to agreement between the parties, future needs, funds availability and the Contractor’s performance.
