1. T.R. The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has obtained financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) within the scope of the "Turkey Climate Smart and Competitive Agricultural Growth Project (TUCSAP)" to cover its expenses. A part of the financing amount is "Contract for the Construction of the National Soil Archive Building" It will be used for payments within the scope of ".
2. T.R. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, General Directorate of Agricultural Reform invites suitable bidders to submit sealed bids for the construction work.
3. The tender will be conducted by international competitive bidding by issuing a Request for Proposals (RfB) as set out in the World Bank"s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020)” and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders T.R. You can get more information from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, General Directorate of Agricultural Reform, Soil Conservation and Land Evaluation Directorate (located at the address stated below) and examine the tender documents during working hours [09:00 – 17:00] at the address specified below.
5. Interested eligible Bidders can obtain the tender document prepared in Turkish by applying in writing to the address below and by paying a non-refundable fee of 10,000 (Ten Thousand Turkish Lira) TL as the tender file fee to the Administration"s bank account number below. In order to participate in the tender, it is mandatory to purchase the tender file by paying the tender file fee.
6. Bidders will submit a Bid Guarantee Letter (Bank Guarantee Letter) along with their bids, as sampled in Section IV (Bid Forms). The amount of the Temporary Letter of Guarantee will be at least 4,000,000.00 TL (Four Million Turkish Liras).
7. This tender is not subject to the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and the Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735.
8. Offers will be valid for 90 (ninety) calendar days from the offer opening date.
9. Offers must be delivered to the Administration"s address below by 26/08/2024 at 10:30 at the latest. Electronic Bids will not be permitted. Offers submitted late will not be evaluated. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 in the presence of the Bidder"s representatives and other parties who may wish to attend, at the address stated below.
