Remarks1. This is a Selected Pool of Consultant (SPC) Consultancy Tender. Only Multi-Disciplinary Teams of Consultants who were short-listed in the "Express Of Interest For Provision Of Multi-Disciplinary (Architectural, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Project Management) Consultancy Services For Public Housing Projects For A Period of Two Years (SPC 15)" which closed on 21 Oct 2022, can participate in this tender.

2. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director of AR, CS, ME, QS & PM or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure :

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(PCG-TN240095) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for MULTI-DISCIPLINARY (ARCHITECTURAL, CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, QUANTITY SURVEYING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT) CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECTS FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS (SPC 15) - TENDER EXERCISE BATCH 4 (8 PROJECTS)".

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is send to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.
