Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached via email to LTA_5contracts_civ@lta.gov.sg :
a) Term NDA for access to tender document.
Password for access to tender document will be provided AFTER Term NDA declaration.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that the following criteria are compulsory for this tender:
a) Registration with GeBIZ; and
b) Relevant experience in outdoor advertisement.
Tenderers who do not meet the above criteria will NOT be considered for this tender.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Please refer to Clause 1.3 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.

SUBMISSION:
Tenderers are to submit a nominal $1.00 under the "Unit Price" field and submit the Schedule of Rates duly completed together with the supporting documents in GeBIZ. All attachments must indicate clearly the company"s name for identification purposes.

Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers for details.

The evaluation criteria are as stipulated in Clause 7 of the ITT.
