Project Management Unit of «Tax Administration and Statistical System Modernization Project» in the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic

Announces a competition for the positions of IT specialist (IST Program).

Qualification criteria:

• Higher education in the field of information technology or Certificate in IT programming;
• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL Server;
• Professional programming skills in C#, .net 8 .net 6, .net 7, asp net core, Visual Basic;
• Experience writing and optimizing stored procedures for Microsoft SQL Server. Working with databases, database optimization and indexes working with triggers and functions;
• Deep understanding of database operations, data normalization and query optimization;
• Experience with other database management systems (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) will also be valuable;
• Understanding of basic statistical methods and metrics used in tax administration and statistical reporting;
• Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) will be an advantage;
