RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that the following are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who do not meet the following critical criteria will NOT be considered for this tender:
a) Registered as a GeBIZ Trading Partner; and
b) Tenderer shall submit a letter that he had obtained from the proposed COTS product"s principal to demonstrate that at least 3 contractors have each implemented and maintained minimally one project using the proposed COTS product in the last 10 years; and
c) Tenderer shall have successfully implemented and maintained at least one local project of similar scale and complexity as this Contract using the proposed COTS product.

SUBMISSIONS:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Evaluation Criteria will be used for evaluation of this tender.
