Other Eligibility Criteria:

1) The Tenderer must submit proven track records of at least 1 maintenance contract, awarded of value over $1,000,000 of IT equipment (including network equipment and/or servers and storage) between Year 2019 and Year 2024.

2) The Tenderer shall have back-to-back support agreement with OEM Principals for the respective category (viz Network or Server+Storage or both) which the Tenderer will be participating. Please refer to Appendix A for the brand listing.
