OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (OSCE SPU) is planning to conduct the training for the State Bureau of Investigations of Ukraine on criminal analyses tools and approaches for investigating serious crime in order to enhance the effectiveness in investigating serious crime in line with human-rights based and gender-sensitive approach. Therefore, the SPU requires a hotel and/or conference service company to provide services and relevant support for organizing the event.
