RemarksTERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
Tenderers are required quote their Term NDA Ref No. if they have a valid Term NDA with LTA for access to the tender documents. Otherwise, tenderers are to complete and submit the attached Term NDA. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. You are required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA upon declaration. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

Critical Criteria
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the BCA with the designated registration head & grade as specified in Clause 1.3 of the Instructions to Tenderers are critical for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

Other Criteria
Tenderers for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead under CW02 "Civil Engineering" Workhead with Financial Grade B2 and above.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Base Tender Price; (b) Price Document and (c) Technical Document as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

Tenderers shall note that in addition to compliance with Authority"s requirements, the Price-Quality Method (PQM) will be used to evaluate this tender.
