RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the BCA with the designated registration head & grade as specified in Clause 1.3 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under CR15 "Site Investigation Works" Workhead.

TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA):
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA:
(1) Term NDA for access to the tender documents/drawings, password will only be provided AFTER (a) Term NDA declaration; and (b) You are also required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA.

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSIONS:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 1, 4 & 6 of the ITT for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Price-Quality Method (PQM) as stipulated in Clause 7 of the ITT will be used for evaluation of this tender.
