COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT AGENCY (ARIS)

ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROJECT ( CASA -1000 PPMS)

I. Community Development and Investment Agency (ARIS) hereby invites eligible bidders to participate in the tender and submit their proposals (with prices) for the procurement of the following works:

LOT No. 1: - Construction of street lighting with alternative (solar) energy sources in the village of Orto-Tokoy AA Oruktu, Ala-Buka district, Jalal-Abad region.

LOT No. 2 – “Construction of a first aid station in the village of Tegene AA Ak-Zhol, Aksy district, Jalal-Abad region”;

LOT No. 3 – “Construction of an additional building of FGPs in the village of Kara-Zhygach AA Kara-Zhygach, Aksy district, Jalal-Abad region”;

LOT No. 4: – “Major repairs and extension of a first aid station in the village of Sovet-Sai AA Pervomai, Ala-Bukinsky district, Jalal-Abad region”;

LOT No. 5: – “Construction of a canteen and library on the territory of school No. 37 named after. S. Chekirov in the village. Ak-Zhar" AA Kyzyl-Ozgorush, Toktogul district, Jalal-Abad region";

LOT No. 6: – “Construction of an additional building for school No. 22 named after. M. Zhamgyrkanova in the village. Bel-Aldy AA Bel-Aldy, Toktogul district, Jalal-Abad region."

LOT No. 7: – “Construction of a canteen and warehouse for school No. 15 Dankanai in the village. Cholpon-Ata AA Cholpon-Ata, Toktogul district, Jalal-Abad region."

LOT No. 8: – “Construction of street lighting with alternative (solar) energy sources in the village of Azhek 1-May a/a Ala-Buka district, Jalal-Abad region.”

LOT No. 9: “Electric lighting installation in the village of Atay and in the village of Karl-Marx AA Atay, Toguz-Toro district, Jalal-Abad region.”

LOT No. 10: “Construction of an asphalt concrete road surface in the village of Kara-Suu on the street. Asanbay 990 m long. AA Zhany-Zhol, Toktogul district, Jalal-Abad region.”

II. Selection of companies will be carried out in accordance with the procedures described in the World Bank FIP Borrower Procurement Guidelines issued in July 2016 and revised in November 2017 and August 2018 (the “Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders , as defined in the Procurement Rules.

III. Interested eligible participants can obtain additional information from the Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, Executive Director, Naspekov Mars Damirovich, e-mail: zakupki@aris.kg (with a copy to: iturdaliev@aris.kg and mismailova@aris.kg) and study the tender documentation during business hours from 09-00 to 18-00 at the address indicated below.

IV. Interested eligible bidders can receive a full package of Tender Documents in Russian after registration/authorization on the ARIS website www . aris . kg , Bishkek, st. Bokonbaeva 102, office 11, tel: (312) 301805 (ext. 167), e-mail: zakupki@aris.kg (with a copy to: iturdaliev@aris.kg , mismailova@aris.kg and ateshebaev @ aris . kg ). The opening of competitive bids will take place at the address : st. T. Baizakova (formerly Moskovskaya street) No. 62, 2nd floor, Jalal-Abad regional representative office of ARIS KR. Jalal-Abad, Kyrgyz Republic.

V. Bids must be delivered to the above address by 15:00 on March 15, 2024. Proposals received after this deadline will be rejected.
