TO:- All Contractor Licensed With Water Works of CATEGORY Indicated below:

1. Mida Kegn Woreda Agricultural Office has secured a budget from FSRP(Food System Resilience Program) for the Weni Rehabilitation of Scale Irrigation Project construction listed below at MidaKegnWoreda.

2. Mida Kegn woreda Agricultural Office invites sealed bids for Contractors that have a Valid trade license, Tax clearance from the Revenue office, Renewed competence by the construction office, Registered VAT, TIN, and all legal requirements must be valid for 2016 E.C.

3. Accordingly the MidaKegnAgriculture Office invites eligible contractors to submit sealed bids for the execution and completion of the above small-scale projects.

4. The contractors with the license of water works constriction are invited to submit wax-sealed Original and Copy of the financial and technical proposal document separately as further clarified in the bidding document for the execution and completion of the cited contract.

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by Interested Eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to MidaKegn Finance OfficeRoom No. 08 in working hours and payment of a nonreturnable fee of ETB 600.00 (Sixhundred only) for this project. The method of payment will be in cash only.

7. The bid will be submitted to Mida Kegn Finance Office Room No. 02 on or before 28 March 2024 G.C. at 10:00 AM (Morning). Late bids will be rejected.

8. The bid will be closed at 10:00 AM (Morning) on 5 April 2024 G.C. and Opened on the same date at 10:30 A.M. (Morning) on April 2024 G.C. in the presence of bidders or designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend

9. Bids shall be valid for 90 days after bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of the amount ETB 300,000.00 (ETB three hundred thousand) in the form of a Cash Payment Order (CPO) or Unconditional Bank guarantee only.

10. Qualification criteria stated on the bid document should be respected and have to be addressed briefly and clearly.

12. Mida Kegn Woreda.Agriculture has the right to accept or reject all of the bids.

13. A Site Visit is Mandatory. Interested contractors may obtain further information from site inspection and fromMidaKegnAgriculture office. Irrigation Team room No. 04 and FSRP Team room No. 01.
