The Ministry of Economic Development, Physical Development, Public Utilities & Energy has received financing from the World Bank (Bank) toward the cost of the Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for works to be completed on the Laura Goat Multiplication Facility as a means of Enhancing food security on island. The Central Procurement Unit now invites quotations from suppliers for the Goods and the Related Services, described in Annex 1: Purchaser’s Requirements, attached to this RFQ.

The Ministry of Economic Development, Physical Development, Public Utilities & Energy now invites Quotations from eligible Bidders for Rehabilitation of Laura Goat Multiplication Facility.

Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible vendors may obtain further information from Central Procurement Unit, Chief Procurement Officer: cpu@gov.gd; or, beverley.jeremiah@procurement.gov.gd and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:00am and 3:00pm at the address given below.

The quotation document in English Language may be requested by interested eligible vendors upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by PDF by email.

Quotes must be delivered to the address below December 1st , 2023, on or before 3:00pm. Electronic submission of bids will be permitted.

Late submissions will be rejected.
