2. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure :

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(PCG-TN240030) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for Part A: Fire Safety Enhancement Works at MND Complex; Part B: Fire Protection System Maintenance Works at MND Complex".

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is sent to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.
