RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) as specified in Clause 1.3 of the Instructions to Tenderers are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the PEB and have in force a practising certificate or licensed by the PEB to supply professional engineering services as required under this Contract.

TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
Term NDA for access to the tender documents/drawings, password will only be provided AFTER Term NDA declaration. The Authority reserves the right to require Tenderer to resubmit the NDA if it is found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSIONS :
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 1, 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 7 of the ITT will be used for evaluation of this tender.
