* This is a Two Envelope Submission. "Price Schedule" and "Breakdown of Fee in Man-weeks and Man-weeks Rates" (Attachment A and Attachment F) shall be submitted in the "Price" folder. All Other submission shall be submitted in the "Technical" folder.
