OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead:
(a) ME01 (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration & Ventilation Works) with Financial Grade L6; OR
(b) ME15 (Integrated Building Services) with Financial Grade L6.

SUBMISSIONS :
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 1, 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

Quantitative Method will be used for evaluation of this Tender.
