RemarksTERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA) AND CLEARANCE FORM:
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA:
Term NDA and Clearance form for access to tender documents and drawings. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission.

Tenderers shall include particulars of Term NDA signatory & KEY personnel who are involved in this Tender in the form. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA or clearance form, if it is found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

Tenderers are to note that the password to the Employer"s Drawings (Part 10 to 45) will only be provided/allowed AFTER the necessary clearance has been obtained.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers for details.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 7 of the Instructions to Tenderers will be used for evaluation of this Tender.
