RemarksELIGIBILITY:
Selective Tendering Procedure is adopted for this Tender. Tender Documents/Drawings for Contract R178B will ONLY be issued to the PRE-QUALIFIED TENDERERS on 26 January 2024. Those who wish to be considered for the 2nd (final) pre-qualification for Contract R178B will need to submit applications as detailed in the PQ brochure. For details, please refer to the 2nd Pre-Qualification Notice published in http://www.gebiz.gov.sg. Please note that the closing date for the 2nd (final) PQ is 20 February 2024, 1600 hrs, Singapore time.

TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA) & CLEARANCE FORM:
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA:
(1) Term NDA for access to the Tender Documents/Drawings (except PS_Drwgs_Clearance), password will only be provided AFTER Term NDA declaration;
(2) Password to access PS_Drwgs_Clearance will only be provided to the Authorized Signatory (1 personnel) of your firm (as per Item 1.6 of PQ Form) who has obtained clearance; and
(3) Clearance Form for access to Site Showround (max. 3 reps for each company), only those reps who have obtained clearance will be allowed to attend (Pls refer to Clause 2.1 of the ITT for details).

Please note that clearance will require 3 to 4 weeks of processing. Tenderers to fill-up all data accurately.

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA and Clearance Form, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 1, 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 7 of the ITT will be used for evaluation of this tender.
