Remarks(1) Applications for 2nd PQ (final) are invited from Contractors with proven technical expertise and experience in FPS for commercial mixed development projects or public transport infrastructure projects including D&B for Operation and Maintenance (DBfOM) in projects of comparable scale and complexity. Applicants must demonstrate that they have adequate resources to undertake the works.

(2) Applicants shall note that registration with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under ME06 "Fire Prevention and Protection Systems" workhead with financial category L5 and above or ME15 "Integrated Building Services" workhead with financial category L5 and above is the minimum qualifying criteria for this 2PQ exercise.

(3) All expenses incurred by the Applicant in the submission of this 2nd PQ shall be borne entirely by the Applicant.

(4) Please refer to the 2nd PQ Brochure for further details.

(5) Applicants shall request for an Application Number via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading as "2PQ-R178B - Request for Application No.".

(6) TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA):
Applicants are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA:
(a) Term NDA for access to the 2nd PQ Brochure.

The Authority reserve the right to require Applicants to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

Qualification CriteriaPre-qualification (PQ) for the Contract was advertised in GeBIZ on 28 April 2023 and all applicants have been informed of their applications. Tender Documents will ONLY be issued to the pre-qualified tenderers on 26 January 2024 for Contract R178B. Those who wish to be considered for the 2nd PQ (final) for Contract R178B will need to submit their PQ applications as detailed in the PQ brochure electronically via GeBIZ. Interested applicants are required to submit previous and current records of similar projects undertaken. Applicants shall demonstrate that they have the necessary: (a)
Technical expertise, project management capability and physical resources in the design and build of similar works; (b) Good safety, health and environmental (SHE) management capability and past safety performances; and (c) Financial capacity to undertake and sustain a multi-million dollar project in Singapore.
