RemarksOTHER CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead:
a) ME05 - Electrical Engineering with Financial Grade L6; OR
b) ME15 - Integrated Building Services with Financial Grade L6.

TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA) & CLEARANCE FORMS:
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA:
(1) Term NDA for access to the Tender Documents/Drawings (except DCPS_Drwgs_Clearance), password will only be provided AFTER Term NDA declaration;

(2) Clearance Form for access to DCPS_Drwgs_Clearance and Viewing Documents/Drawings (Pls refer to Clause 3.3 of the ITT for details) to submit by 5 February 2024, password will only be provided to the key Personnel/Signatory (1 personnel only) of your firm who has obtained clearance; and

(3) Clearance Form for access to Tender Briefing / Site Showround to submit by 5 February 2024, only those reps who has obtained clearance will be allowed to attend (Pls refer to Clause 2.1 of the ITT for details).

Please note that clearances will require 3 to 4 weeks of processing. Tenderers to fill-up all data accurately, follow the given template and kindly note that any resubmission/correction of data will require again the same duration.

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA and Clearance Forms, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSIONS:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the GeBIZ is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 1, 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.
