Remarks(a) The Board reserves the right to eliminate tenderers in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Invitation to Tender and gives those not eliminated the opportunity to submit new or amended Tender Proposals on the basis of the Board"s revised requirements.
(b) For Classes of Insurance involving PUB properties/operations in Singapore, Tenderer must be registered with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and licensed by Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to carry out direct insurance business in Singapore.
(c) For Classes of Insurance involving PUB properties/operations in Malaysia, successful tenderer for the Regional Programme must ensure that the company issuing the Malaysian Local Admitted Policy issues a policy in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia.
(d) The 2-envelope bidding system in the GeBIZ is adopted for this tender. Tenderers are required to separate their offer into 2 distinct Document Types (i.e. PRICE and TECHNICAL). It is mandatory to upload the PRICE document and the TECHNICAL document separately under the respective Document Type in GeBIZ (i.e. PRICE or TECHNICAL). Tenders may be rejected if the offer is not submitted through GeBIZ.
