Remarks(1) Consultants forming the multi-disciplinary team for AR, CS, ME and QS must be listed on either Panel 1, 2, 3 or 4 of the BCA"s Public Sector Panels of Consultants (PSPC); (2) Fulfill the required eligibility; (3) This is a fully electronic EOI via GeBIZ. Manual submissions are not acceptable; and (4) Tenderers are to submit the "Expression of Interest Reply" (Annex A) in GeBIZ before the stated closing date and time as notified by JTC.
