OSCE SPU requires Catering, Conference services, Event Support Services including logistical and technical support during the event for abovementioned training courses.

The training courses will be conducted in offline format and will be the combination of presentations, lectures and other activities. All technical facilities shall be in place to insure the offline format during each session of the event in terms sound and picture.
