Remarks(a) The Board reserves the right to eliminate tenderers in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Invitation to Tender and gives those not eliminated the opportunity to submit new or amended Tender Proposals on the basis of the Board"s revised requirements.

(b) Tenderers registered with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and licensed by Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to carry out direct insurance business in Singapore are invited to tender for this project.

(c) The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (i) Total Tender Price, (ii) Price Document & (iii) Technical Document as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.

(d) CSM will be used for evaluation of this tender.
