• The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Climate Resilient Water Services Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under contracts for “Rehabilitation of water supply system in Kyzyl-Suu sub-project (2 Lots) 2nd Stage”. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.
• The Department for Development of Drinking Water Supply and Wastewater Disposal under the State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for: “Rehabilitation of water supply system in Kyzyl-Suu sub-project Jeti-Oguz district Issyk-Kul oblast (2 Lots) 2nd Stage”:

Lot # 1 - Rehabilitation of the water supply system Kyzyl-Suu subproject (construction of a water intake);

Lot # 2 - Rehabilitation of the water supply system Kyzyl-Suu subproject (tanks sites No. 1, No. 2, water pipeline).

3. Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.

4. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers of November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

5.
