RemarksThis is a QFM tender in 2-envelope bidding. Tenderers are required to submit the Fee Proposal in the Price Envelope while Quality Proposal in the Technical Envelope of the GeBIZ bidding module. The Tenderers will be evaluated base on the Quality-Fee Method (quality-fee ratio 70:30). Only Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDT) of Consultants that were shortlisted in the Expression of Interest (EOI) for the MDT Consultancy Services for Restoration Works at 9 Shenton Way Singapore 068813 (1st Stage of 2-Stage QFM Tender) can participate in this tender. The teams of Consultants that were shortlisted are under (1) Vivata Pte Ltd, (2) Zarch Collaboratives Pte Ltd, (3) Kay Ngee Tan Architects, (4) Metaphor Design + Architecture Pte Ltd; and (5) Design International Architects LLP.
