Remarks(1) Only the following shortlisted tenderers from Tender Ref: JTC22T0024 are invited to participate in this tender exercise: (a) Beng Soon Machinery Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd; (b) Hwa Aik Engineering Pte Ltd (c) Neo & Goh Construction Pte Ltd; (d) Reclaims Enterprise Pte Ltd; and (e) Shengjie Engineering Pte Ltd

(2) Tenderers are advised to refer to the Critical Criteria, in particular those on safety performance, under the Evaluation Criteria Section of the Invitation to Tender, to check their tendering eligibilitybefore preparing their Tender Proposals.

(3) The sites will be opened to Tenderers for site visit on 2, 3 & 6 November 2023 from10:00am to 04:00pm. Tenderers shall make his own transport arrangement and visit the sites on the specified dates above.

(4) This tender requires electronic response via GeBIZ and only PRICES that are submitted electronically via GeBIZ will be accepted by JTC.Manual and Fax Bid Prices will not be accepted.

(5) Tenderers must indicate in the "Remark" in the Supplier Response in GeBIZ whether their Tender Price is "PAYABLE TO CONTRACTOR" or "PAYABLE TO JTC".

(6) All tender documents and supporting documents are to be submitted electronically via GeBIZ. Tenderers are required to submit the Summary of Tender and Breakdown Costs of Tender in pdf and editable format.
