Tenders for this Contract will preferably be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the following Expenditure Procurement Policies Unit (EPPU) Supply head of EPU/SER/32 (Service) Public Relations and Counselling or EPU/SPE/10 Sports, Recreational Equipment and Supplies with Financial Grade S4 and above.

SUBMISSION:
For the purpose of electronic submission in GeBIZ for this tender, Tenderers shall enter a nominal S$1.00 under the Unit Price field and submit the softcopy of the Schedule of Rates duly completed together with the supporting documents in GeBIZ.. Please refer to Clauses 4.1, 4.7 & 4.8 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

EVALUATION:
A two-envelope quantitative evaluation method will be used to evaluate this tender. Please refer to the attachment on "Evaluation Criteria".
