(b) Tenderers registered with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore in Civil Engineering discipline and with Ministry of Finance (MOF) in the EPU/SER/34 (Consultancy Services) supply head of financial grade S8 and above are invited to tender for this project.
(c) The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (i) Total Tender Price, (ii) Price Document & (iii) Technical Document as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.
(d) QFM will be used for evaluation of this tender.
