Remarks1. RFP DOCUMENT:
Respondents to the RFP shall sign and email return the attached Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information thereafter a copy of Annex A - RFP Document would be circulated to the Respondent(s) via email.

2. TENDER BRIEFING:
Optional RFP Webinar will be held on 3 Nov 2023 10am. Interested Respondents are to EMAIL the attendee"s name and corresponding email to Johnathan GOH (johnathan_goh@jtc.gov.sg) and Joyce JIANG (Joyce_JIANG@jtc.gov.sg) by 27th October 2023, 5:00 PM.

3. SUBMISSION:
Respondents shall submit the tender submission documents electronically via GeBIZ by 16 Nov 2023 4:00PM, or the latest closing date as notified by JTC Corporation.

4. TENDER DEPOSIT:
Respondents shall submit their Tender Deposit in form of cash made via acceptable electronic means to the bank account provided in the Tender Documents.

5. TENDER ENQUIRIES:
All enquiries or clarifications must be submitted at least ten (10) working days before the closing date.
