RemarksNON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) / CLEARANCE FORM:
Tenderers are required to complete & submit the attached forms via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg:
(a)NDA & Clearance Form for access to tender docs/drawings.
(b)Tender docs/drawing will be available for download at a later date.
(c)Tenderers shall include particulars of 1 KEY personnel(authorised signatory) in the form & submit no later than 20 October 2023. Password to tender drawing will only be provided AFTER clearance has been obtained. Clearance requires 3 weeks for processing.
(d)The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the NDA/Clearance form, if it is found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers with proven expertise and experience in the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of High Voltage & Traction Power Supply Systems for Rail Transit System of comparable size & complexity to that of Cross Island Line.

For tenderer who does not possess the relevant track records for Traction Power Supply Systems, LTA may consider his tender based on the following:

(a)Proposed Joint Venture party with relevant experience for railway project of similar size and complexity; &
(b)Commitment to engage i) key personnel with relevant experience in implementing large scale traction power supply systems of size and complexity comparable to Cross Island Line and ii) suppliers & sub-contractors with relevant experience for DC Traction Power Supply Systems for railway project similar size & complexity.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit (a)Tender Price, (b)Price Documents & (c)Technical Documents as electronic response through GeBIZ portal.Pls refer to Clauses 4 & 6 of ITT for details.
