SPN - Rwanda - Rehabilitation and Upgrading Works of Kibari – Gatuna (Byumba – Ngondore) and Byumba Urban Roads (15.53km) - Base-Rukomo Road project ( - Тендер #46542265)

The Government of Rwanda (GoR) has received financing from the African Development Bank (ADB) hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the upgrading of Base-Rukomo-Nyagatare, Lot 1: Base-Rukomo Road project; and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for rehabilitation/Upgrading works of Kibari – Gatuna (Byumba – Ngondore) and Byumba Urban Roads (15.53km). For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing.
