NAME OF PROJECT: “Climate Resilient Water Services Project”

Assignment Title: Preparation of Detailed designs for 5 WSS sub-projects in Batken oblast (2 Phase)

Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): IDA-CRWSP-QS-2023-2

The Kyrgyz Republic is intend to receive financing from the IDA (International Development Association) toward the cost of the “Climate Resilient Water Services Project” and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include a creation preparation of detailed designs for 5 WSS sub-projects in Batken oblast (2 Phase).

Terms of reference for the assignment can be provided upon written request sent to indicated email addresses.

The Department for Development of Drinking Water Supply and Wastewater Disposal under the State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

The shortlisting criteria are:

• At least 10 years’ experience in civil engineering in the water and sanitation sector;
• Availability of experienced and qualified company staff;
• At least three similar contracts over the past 5 years;

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultants Quality Selection (CQS) method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.

Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form (via mail, e-mail, fax) to the address below by September 28, 2023.
