(Please see other requirements / criteria in the Evaluation Criteria). Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director or Authorised Agent as listed in ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for collection of Tender Documents. (1) The Authorisation Form is to be used if you appoint someone to collect Tender documents on your behalf. (2) If the appointed proxy is not available to collect Corrigendum/Amendment Documents, a new Authorisation Form has to be submitted.
