(a) Email the OSA to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject Contract 1155 - Password Request.
(b) The password to the tender files will only be provided AFTER OSA submission.

CRITICAL CRITERIA
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and meeting the conditions stipulated below are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to carry on insurance business as a direct general insurance broker in respect of the general business in Singapore.

Please submit both the total tender price and the supporting documents electronically in GeBIZ. Please refer to Clauses 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
