NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached NDA as follows:
(a) Email duly executed NDA (the NDA must be company stamped and signed on every page by authorized signatory) to lta_contracts_1ctciv@lta.gov.sg with Subject: 1150 - Password Request

(b) Please note that the password to open the tender files will be provided AFTER receipt of a properly completed NDA form. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the NDA if it is found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSION
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Based Tender Price; (b) Price Document and (c) Technical Document as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

Evaluation Criteria
Tenderers shall note that in addition to compliance with Authority"s Requirements, the Price-Quality Method (PQM) will be used to evaluate this Tender. Please refer to Clause 7 for more details.
