The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if it is found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in GeBIZ is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit (a) Total Tender Price (b) Price Document & (c) Technical Document as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.
Please refer to Clauses 4, 5 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
