Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ is a critical criterion for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender

EVALUATION CRITERIA :
(a) The Tenderers will be evaluated based on full compliance with the Requirement Specifications and cost competitiveness.

(b) The Authority will also take into account the financial capacity and health of the Tenderers in the evaluation of the Tender. A Tenderer may be required to submit a Performance Guarantee in the specimen as attached per Appendix I of the Instructions to Tenderers at no additional cost to the Authority. The Guarantor will also be assessed on its financial capacity and health.

Tenderers are to submit both the Tender Price and Supporting Documents electronically via GeBIZ. Please refer to Clauses 4, 5 and 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.
