Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who fully meet ALL the following critical criteria:
a) Tenderers must be registered with GeBIZ. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this Tender.
b) Tenderers must be Apple Authorised Resellers (AARs) under the registered Apple Business Manager (ABM) corporate account, "Singapore Government".

SUBMISSION:
The 1-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit (1) Tender Price & (2) Supporting Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers for detail.

Evaluation Criteria:
Tenderers shall note that apart from the Tender Price, the Tenderer will be assessed based on the following criteria:
a) Compliance with the Requirement Specifications; b) Completeness of tender proposal and documents required; and c) Track records and experience of the company.

NOTE: "The Performance Date of this Contract shall be three (3) years from the Commencement Date stated in the Letter of Acceptance or the last completion date specified in the Instruction Letter issued under the Contract, whichever is later."
