The Corporation reserves the right to shortlist tenderers in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Invitation to tender, and give those so shortlisted the opportunity to submit new or amended tenders on the basis of the Corporation"s revised requirements. Any request for clarifications on tender or extension of the specified period of tender shall be submitted at least seven (7) working days before the tender Closing Date and Time. Failing which, the Corporation would have the discretion to disregard any such request.
