CRITICAL CRITERIA
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the condition as specified in Clause 1.3 in paragraph are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

OTHER CRITERIA
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who possess the necessary relevant expertise in the field of consulting and on-site auditing for bored tunnel compressed air works.

SUBMISSION
Please submit both the total tender price and the supporting documents electronically in GeBIZ. Please refer to Clauses 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
